Storme Whitby-Grubb

Storme Whitby-Grubb is a 2x Clio Music Award winner, serving as Red Bull Records’ Chief Creative Officer where she oversees all creative activations, visual storytelling, content creation, and special projects at the label. Joining Red Bull Records in 2021, she has since brought a competitive edge to the label’s creative capabilities, developing dynamic worlds around each artist on the roster.  

 Last year she conceptualized the idea behind the label's first CLIO Music Award win, for the innovative discovery campaign, “Blxst's Guide to Los Angeles.” In partnership with Apple Maps, the project showcased GRAMMY-nominated rapper, producer, and singer Blxst’s favorite culturally meaningful spots in his hometown of Los Angeles through an interactive guide that reached millions of users in the Apple Maps app.

Prior to Red Bull Records, Storme founded Imagu Creative, the boutique creative agency in Los Angeles where she developed creative concepts for use in commercials, award-winning music videos, and virtual reality for leading names in digital media. Her clients included Andy Grammer, Lana Del Rey, K.Flay, Interscope Records, Capitol Records, Atlantic Records, and more. Previously she was an artist manager for over 15 years, working with an array of globally successful artists, such as the Frightened Rabbit and We Are Scientists. Storme was also a co-founder of a live tour production company where she built a disruptive live business model for some of the UK and US’s leading acts, while contributing to high-profile events such Apple iTunes festival at London’s Roundhouse and Live Earth at Wembley Stadium in London. Her wealth of experience has led her to be a finalist in the British Council's Young Creative Entrepreneur campaign in 2010, a mentor for IPC's Media 'Women In Music' for Marie Claire Magazine in 2011, and included in Women We Admire's Top 50 Women Leaders of Los Angeles list in 2023. Additionally, Storme has been featured in The Guardian, The Independent, Huffington Post, among others, and a regular speaker at music industry and storytelling conferences around the globe.
