Jani Penttinen is co-founder and CEO of Bitmagic, the first company in the world to build a platform that allows users to generate fully playable 3D games from a single AI prompt. Jani was one of the first game developers in Finland in the early 90s. After working as one of the first employees at Remedy and Housemarque, Jani moved to the U.S. to work at Westwood Studios, and later EA.

He has started and operated companies in China, Europe and the U.S., serving as a CEO, CTO and various engineering roles. In 2021, he released a game called Guntech for Xbox, Nintendo Switch, PC and other platforms, developed completely by himself as a remake of his very first game he developed almost 30 years earlier.
