Josh Swedelson started his music career at ICM Partners, where he honed his skills in artist touring, working in service of prominent musicians and comedians including Jerry Seinfeld, Sinéad O'Connor, and Barry Gibb. 

After gaining valuable insight from his agency experience, he discovered his true passion: helping integrate music into film and television. In November 2020, Josh began working at Netflix, where he serves as a key member of the Music Creative Production Series team, led by the renowned Alex Patsavas. 

At Netflix, Josh has played a key role in crafting the music creative of several highly anticipated series, such as "A Man In Full," "Bodkin," "The Vince Staples Show," and the second season of "The Diplomat." He has also had the privilege of working on the season three soundtrack for the hit series "Outer Banks" as well as the remix album "Squid Game (Let's Play)" for the global sensation "Squid Game."
